We acquire inventory (vehicle rental capacity) from third-party suppliers and brokers and make such services available to travel agents and tour operators. Seamless Travel B.V. does not own or operate any rental vehicles, nor is it a contracting party to any rental agreement concluded between end customers and rental suppliers.
4. Use of the Website
4.1. The Website is intended for professional use by registered business clients (e.g., travel agencies or tour operators).
4.2. Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
